Late Arrivals

In order to respect the time of both Client and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time For your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be imposed with the £10 fee and clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled.

Securing the appointment

Your appointment date and service will be secured when the deposit has been received. All the bookings are made on a first come first served basis, Higher value service are required  50% holding deposit.

Payment

Remaining balance is due on the day of service. Prizes are subject to change according to the extra services done.

No-shows

In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with the fee worth of 25% of the missed service. Booking your next service will be required. A deposit worth of 25% of the service you want to book.

Service guarantee and refunds.

Your satisfaction is a highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours. After your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed correction and if there was a fault on our side to offer you a refund.

Right to refuse the service.

Salon stuff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in appropriately, intoxicated, or if their  state of health, may influence the fact of the service.

Health history

For your comfort and safety please notify staff if you have any allergies any physical issue or disabilities or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert a service provider immediately.

Treating a minor

Many services are not meant for minors and addicted under the age of 16. Treating clients under 16 years old, we need a written consent by a parent or a guardian or you should be accommodated by an adult (parent or guardian)  during the service.

Pets

Well-behaved pets are permitted by prior arrangement and permission of other clients present in the premises.

Personal belongings

Management will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended on our premises, unless you gave the belongings to the staff  to keep it secure for you.

H&S in the premises

Keeping our clients safe is our highest priority, Please do not touch any products, tools, or any other things which belongs to Salon, Some products are flammable and dangerous.

No smoking

Please do not smoke in the premises, Protect the health of clients, employees and visitors. Smoke area is outside the premises .
