I arrived at my appointment today at 3 pm to have my eyebrows threaded and tinted.As I arrived, Luna said hi and told me to sit down. She then called someone from the back. The guy came out ,he didn’t even say hello he picked up the thread and was ready to start with my eyebrows. I went on to say to him you don’t even know what I would like you to do , I then explain that my eyebrows are quite thin and they do not grow very well so please don’t take touch the shape only the stray bits that have grown back. He said okay then he said to me to stretch , I did ask where? then the other guy came out of the back with the ponytail. The guy handed him the thread and told him to do it. This guy has done my eyebrows before . However today after i explained to him about my eyebrows being so thin and please don’t take that much off just the stray bits he agreed and started threading. After he had finished, I am not happy with the result. My eyebrows are even thinner than they were. There’s no shape to them and the worst thing of all my right eye eyebrow he has taken A quarter of the eyebrow from the side of the head inwards I asked him what the hell is this? He tried saying to me it is fine. I Explained to him and pointed out where it was not fine . He then agreed and said sorry for taking too much off. I wasn’t rude with him at all, I did say I will not be coming back. I then had a tint thank goodness because I am going on holiday tomorrow and I would be going with my eyebrows very very bad with one of the eyebrows nearly half gone. I then went to pay. He charged me for the Threading to which I believe i shouldn’t have been charged for that.. I did say to him you’ve charged me for the threading, he went on to say something about next time! I will never step foot in this salon again , you need to find professionals because they are clearly not. I had my haircut with Luna on the 8th august, I was calling for about four hours trying to make an appointment and it was constantly busy this is not the first time this has happened. I then booked online with Fresha so when I arrived, they said there was no appointment for me. I then went in to tell them I booked online. I showed them my appointment. I waited for 20 mins or so which was fine for me to wait. Then Luna cut my hair to which she has done it before and I really liked it however this time it was very rushed and there’s no shape to it whatsoever. I understand that they were very busy that day and Luna said that she had hadn’t eaten or had a drink. I do take this into consideration, however this review is about my eyebrows and the whole shop in general is extremely disgraceful. Good luck for the future. I cannot add a photo of my eyebrow as of yet as my eyebrows have been tinted so you’re not going to see the bodge job that he has done but I’m sure once the tint as come off you will definitely be able to see it …

I was dealt with by a LOVELY woman named luna.
Extremely professional and very friendly to speak to, she was super quick too as I hate getting waxed lol
I will definitely visit her again!!!

Very unprofessional behaviour .Inspite prebooked appointment makes you wait for 25 minutes with no communication or apology then when you mention you are waiting they just want to you leave with no explanation , showing no value for others time . It used to be much better than this .

This was my first visit to this salon, the shop is really comfortable and well decorated. The staff were all absolutely lovely and very welcoming. Jas was amazing, very patient and worked so hard. My lashes look great! Looking forward to visiting the new spa when it opens!
